We want the kit to work for your family or classroom. If it doesn't, you can get your money back.

7-day guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

1. Go to hotmart.com and open My purchases using the email you used to buy.
2. Choose the kit and select Request refund.

Or write to hello@jollymatchkit.com with the email you used at checkout, and we will start the refund for you.

When the money comes back

Hotmart processes the refund to the same payment method you used. Card refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are usually faster.

Add-ons and upgrades

If you added an upgrade, an extra edition or the Winter Kit to your order, each item can be refunded on its own within the same 7 days.
