This policy explains what information we collect when you visit jollymatchkit.com or buy a Jolly Match kit, and how we use it. Jolly Match is a brand of Cozikit, a small business based in Brazil. You can reach us at hello@jollymatchkit.com.
What we collect
- When you buy. Payments are processed by Hotmart, our sales platform. Hotmart collects your name, email, country and payment details to complete the order and send your download link. We receive your name, email and what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you browse. Our pages use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It records visits and actions such as viewing a page or starting checkout, so we can measure our ads and show them to people who are more likely to be interested. Meta may use cookies to do this.
- When you download the free sample. We keep the email you type so we can send you a few emails about Jolly Match. You can unsubscribe from any of them.
- When you write to us. If you email us, we keep your message and email address to answer you.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchase and help with access problems.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
- To send you emails about your order and, if you bought from us or downloaded the free sample, about new kits. Every marketing email has a link to unsubscribe.
- To measure and improve our ads.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run the shop: Hotmart (payments and delivery), Meta (ad measurement) and our email and hosting providers. Each of them handles data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@jollymatchkit.com.
- You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.
- Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws can use these same options. We respond within 30 days.
Children
Our kits are made for children, but this website and our checkout are meant for parents, grandparents and teachers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as needed for taxes, accounting and customer support, and then delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
